Sanbornton Planning Board approves minutes, notes attorney rate increase and schedules Jan. 15 zoning hearing

Seating and minutes: Patti Bartlett was seated as a voting member for the meeting. Ralph Carter moved to approve the Dec. 18 draft minutes; Patti Bartlett seconded and the motion passed 3-0-0. The minutes were approved as amended.
Administrative updates: Planning Board Assistant Stephen Laurin reported that the planning board attorney has increased their hourly rate. Laurin also said he received comments from Kevin Leonard; Leonard submitted a quote to review the Torti drainage report and property owners will be invoiced for that review.
Adjournment: Ralph Carter moved to adjourn at 8:22 p.m.; Patti Bartlett seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
