Webster Planning Board gives DeBello 30 days to produce state driveway permit; approves minutes and adjourns unanimously

At its April 7, 2026 meeting the Webster Planning Board voted unanimously to give Mr. DeBello 30 days to produce a State Driveway permit or face revocation of the town's driveway construction permit.
Member Robert Wolinski moved "To send a letter informing Mr. DeBello that he had 30 days to submit his state driveway permit to the Town or the Town would revoke his Town driveway construction permit." Member Theresa Finnemore seconded; the roll-call vote recorded eight yes votes and the motion passed 8-0.
The board also discussed two other driveway items. Land Use Coordinator Russell Tatro said Mr. Edison Chea's original permit had expired but the board agreed Chea could add a paved apron and set a completion deadline of the end of August. Tatro reported the Dufresne family had complied with an earlier payment agreement; the board agreed to review and grant the Dufresne construction permit (the minutes record agreement to grant the permit but do not record a separate motion or roll-call vote for that approval).
