The approved awards were: House of Ruth, $40,004.69; Carnesville Police Department with the Sheriff’s Department, $40,000; Mount Zion, $37,004.95; Hope Center, $27,000; and Reed Health, $20,000. Board members confirmed the amounts and voted by voice to carry the motion.
The board did not amend award amounts during the meeting. Members noted the limited local pool relative to requests and approved the selections as presented. The chair said the approvals complete the local portion of the allocation process; no further action on these awards was recorded at the meeting.
The board moved on to other agenda items after the vote.
