The Town of Malone board adopted a series of routine administrative and financial resolutions on Sept. 10, 2025. The meeting record shows the board approved minutes for July 9 (Res. 186-2025), July 23 (Res. 187-2025) and Aug. 20 (Res. 188-2025); accepted departmental reports (Res. 189-2025); and adopted other administrative items.
Councilor Paul Walbridge moved and Councilor Jody Johnson seconded Resolution 191-2025 granting permission for Supervisor Andrea Stewart to sign MCF physicals for Gerald Fisher, Connor Tisdell, Neil Beaney, Alan Durant and Joseph Diiorio and to add them to the Franklin County Self Insurance Plan; the motion was adopted by the board (Ayes 4). The minutes do not provide medical details; they record only authorization to sign and to enroll the employees.
The board also adopted a proclamation (Res. 192-2025) designating Sept. 14, 2025 as Bob Mould Day in recognition of the musician's contributions, and adopted Resolution 194-2025 to declare select items surplus and place them for auction on Auctions International. The board further approved a proposal from engineering firm C2AE for general architectural and engineering services and authorized a Comptroller-mandated journal entry moving $7,311.50 from A690 Clearinghouse to A980 Revenues (Res. 195-2025).
During the bills review the board recorded Voucher Nos. 637–680 (Batch No. 1774) with a grand total of $115,487.55 across funds and adopted Resolution 196-2025 to pay the listed bills. The meeting adjourned under Resolution 197-2025; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Sept. 24, 2025.
