Tamara Butcher told the board the applicants had hired Clayton Platt to draw their site‑plan map and that the map was not yet finished. No substantive review or final action on the site plan occurred; the continuance preserves the applicants’ opportunity to submit a completed site plan for review at the board’s September meeting.
