The Malone Town Board adopted a package of routine administrative measures during its Aug. 20 meeting. Key actions included a three-year contract with Computer Support & Training at a monthly rate of $2,103.20; authorization to solicit proposals for dog control and sheltering services; declaration of airport signs as surplus for sale via Auctions International; and multiple journal entries moving funds for court fine revenues and Farmer’s Market parking paving.
The Board also added Deputy Clerk Lily McCaffrey as a signatory on office-associated bank accounts and approved bills in Batch No. 1761 (Voucher Nos. 574–629) across multiple funds with a grand total of $264,913.32. All recorded votes on these items were unanimous among the three board members present (Ayes 3, Nays 0).
