SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Planning Board voted on Dec. 19 to remove Section 5.1 from the town's Zoning Ordinance and scheduled a public hearing on the broader zoning changes for Jan. 16, 2025.
Planning Board member Steve Dzubak moved to accept the proposed change to the Zoning Ordinance (striking Section 5.1); Planning Board member Darrin Patten seconded. A voice roll call recorded six votes in favor and one opposed: John Trachy voted no, while Steve Dzubak, Dan Saulnier, Mike Howard, Jen Roberts, Darrin Patten and Ken Jacques voted yes. The motion carried.
