Doty summarized the allocation: “Such that 84% goes to Title 1, 9% to Title 2, and 7% to Title 3,” and explained Title 2 funds are intended for projects on federal lands; he also clarified that Title 2 allocations are not deducted from the county’s Payment In Lieu of Taxes (PILT) receipts. Commissioners supported the allocation for its support of maintenance and federal‑land projects and voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.
