Town Council finalizes rough draft of employee handbook, sets March 4 review

At a Feb. 4 workshop the Town Council completed a rough draft of its employee handbook and asked Town Administrator Erin Braband to produce a final version for council review ahead of possible adoption at the March 4 meeting. The workshop closed by unanimous motion at 5:20 p.m.
President Newnam called the Town Council workshop to order at 4:00 p.m. and noted that Council members Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase and Town Administrator Erin Braband were present.
The council continued its review of the employee handbook and finalized a rough draft. Town Administrator Erin Braband was directed to draft a final version to be reviewed by the council and prepared for possible adoption at the March 4, 2026 council meeting.
At 5:20 p.m. Council member Rose Potter moved to close the workshop; Council member Walter Chase seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved by the members present.
