Christine McKinnies seconded. The roll call vote recorded six ayes and the board went into closed session at 6:26 p.m.
While in closed session, Mrs. Lemerond moved to adjourn and Mr. Al Pyatskowit seconded. The roll call vote was again recorded as six ayes and the meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m. No additional public actions or votes were recorded in the public minutes following the closed session motions.
