At its Jan. 12 meeting the Village Board of Shiocton approved Resolution 01-26 to obtain short-term financing — a line of credit (LOC) for $325,000 — to provide short-term cash flow capacity.
Trustee Dawes moved to adopt Resolution 01-26 and Trustee Bunnell seconded; the motion passed (M/S/P). The minutes do not record a roll-call tally for the resolution. The resolution is recorded as Resolution 01-26 in the meeting minutes.
The Board also approved the January meeting minutes (moved by Trustee Gomm, seconded by Trustee Dawes), approved an operator license for Nicole Trautmann (moved by Trustee Dawes, seconded by Trustee Tyler), and approved the Finance Committee’s bills and vouchers (moved by Trustee Brownson, seconded by Trustee Tyler). Chief Sara Knapp said she would run another background check in June for Trautmann as a follow-up if approved.
The minutes mark these items as passed by voice motion (M/S/P); no detailed vote tallies appear in the record. The written minutes for the meeting are draft and will be reviewed at the next monthly Board meeting.
