Trustee Bunnell moved to approve the request to exceed the 500-square-foot gross-area limit under Title 13, Chapter 1 (as cited), and Trustee Dawes seconded; the motion passed (M/S/P). The minutes record the Board approved the variance but do not include a roll-call tally.
