At its March 9 meeting the Village Board of Trustees recorded several routine approvals and a procurement decision.
Minutes and licenses Trustees approved the February regular meeting minutes on a motion by Trustee Dawes, seconded by Trustee Bunnell (M/S/P). The Board also approved operator licenses for Elizabeth Popp and Rachel Hillegas (M/S/P Dawes/Bunnell).
Capital-asset threshold On auditors' recommendation, the Board voted (M/S/P Bunnell/Tyler) to raise the capital-asset capitalization threshold from $1,000 to $5,000. The motion passed with no recorded dissent.
Bills and vouchers The finance committee presented bills and vouchers; trustees approved them on a motion by Trustee Brownson, seconded by Trustee Tyler (M/S/P).
Insurance procurement The board voted to remain with Maritime Insurance (motion by Trustee Brownson, seconded by Trustee Dawes). Recorded votes were Brownson, President Jenny Schmoock, Dawes, Gomm, Tyler and Woods—aye; Bunnell—nay.
Adjournment With no further business the board adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
