Salisbury planning commissioners inspect proposed additions at 117 Interlaken Road

On April 28, 2026, members of the Town of Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a site visit at 117 Interlaken Road to inspect proposed building additions filed as application #2026-0316.
Commissioner Dr. Danella Schiffer and Alternate Member Jen Ventimilia met applicant Chuck Tuz at the property at 3:00 p.m. The application covers Map 38, Lot 09, owned by James and Miriam Broner, and requests site-plan approval for additions to existing structures within the Lake Protection Overlay District (Section 404).
During the inspection, the commissioners observed the proposed location of a guest house addition on the north side of the property, reviewed existing rain gardens and patios on the site, and then examined the proposed addition to the main house on the west side. The site walk is recorded as having begun at 3:00 p.m. and the meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The minutes state that the members in attendance will convey their observations at the commission's next regularly scheduled meeting. The written record was submitted by Miles Todaro, Land Use Technical Specialist.
The site-plan application remains under review; no motions or formal votes were recorded during the site visit.
