Shawano board shifts meeting schedule, updates director vacation wording; one dissent

John Arens moved to accept the schedule and Bobbi Lemerond seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Krizan also reviewed previously approved vacation carryover protocol for administrators and directors and noted that director contracts had not been updated to reflect the protocol. Karen Houston moved to approve updating the director vacation wording in contracts; Mrs. Christine McKinnies seconded. The roll call was McKinnies, Lemerond, Pyatskowit, Winslow, Renard, Houston and Arens — aye; Frank Kugel — no. The motion carried.
