The Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission convened an executive session at 6:05 p.m. on April 6 to consult with legal counsel on pending litigation: William Cruger and Angela Cruger v. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Salisbury and Aradev LLC, Docket No. LLI-CV26-6042873-S in Litchfield Superior Court. The item relates to an appeal from approval, with conditions, of a special permit application by Aradev LLC for hotel use at 104 & 106 Sharon Road and 53 Wells Hill Road.
The commission voted 5-0-0 to enter the executive session (motion by Bob Riva; second by Allen Cockerline).
