Slinger Police Commission approves lieutenant promotion and adds candidates to eligibility lists

Later in the evening the commission entered a second closed session at 6:53 p.m. to conduct Police Officer interviews. The commission returned to open session at 9:02 p.m.; Commissioner John Dukelow moved and Commissioner Ken Vlasak seconded a motion to place Ada Schaefer and Ryan Millikin on the Police Officer Eligibility List, and the motion carried.
The closed sessions to discuss personnel were authorized by the commission citing Wis. Stat. §19.85(1). Roll‑call votes to enter the closed sessions were recorded as yeas from Commissioners Vlasak, Schmid, Dukelow and Wolf and no nays.
