Cecilton water staff report both plants in compliance; hydrant flushing planned

Jordan Smith and Heather Perry presented the town’s monthly water treatment plant and water-supply report to the Town of Cecilton Mayor and Council on March 23. They said both plants underwent routine maintenance and were in compliance for the month. The presenters said the town plans to flush hydrants once weather conditions warm.
The report contained no new regulatory violations and no corrective actions were listed. Council members did not take further action and accepted the report for the record. Administrator Cooper invited council and residents to submit questions about the activity report to Sergeant Dixon, who was out of town.
