Residents raise speed-bump and hookup questions as Cecilton announces ribbon cutting, parade

Another resident raised questions about fence setback rules and, after obtaining a pool permit, said a home water filter corrected a metallic taste in his water and shared his contact information for neighbors interested in filtration options.
Council also announced community events: a ribbon cutting at Captain Ron's on Friday, Aug. 22 at 4 p.m. with food sampling, and the Cecilton Fire Company's parade on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 6 p.m., followed by Truck Sprints at the carnival grounds. In 'good of the order' the council publicly thanked Attorney Tom Yeager for his service.
