Director Stewart Kline told commissioners the County settled an eminent domain case with GIO 3 Holdings, LLC involving 500 E Parcel 8, depositing $163,520 into escrow and settling with an additional $11,480. Commissioners approved the agreed findings and judgment.
Kline also presented a professional engineering (PE) services contract with EGIS BLN USA, Inc. for the realignment and reconstruction of CR 400 S, with design services totaling $992,600. Commissioners moved and approved the contract during the meeting.
