Vice President Jennelle Wolf presided. The board also accepted resignations from Janelle Fenton, paraprofessional, and Katy McCullough, dishwasher, and recorded notices of resignation effective at the end of the 2025–26 school year from Caroline Pearson, third‑grade teacher, and Becky Leland, middle/high school art teacher.
As part of consent items, the board approved the February 18, 2026 meeting minutes, the February financial report and a 66.03 agreement to share occupational therapy services with the Glenwood City School District. The consent motion was moved by Stacy Schultz and seconded by Emily Collins; the motion carried.
