The board approved the closed-session motion by roll-call vote: Bédard, Winship, Barta, Miller, McCarville and Reid voted aye (6–0); Trustee David Saperstein was absent.
After the closed session the board reconvened into open session at 8:28 p.m. (motion by Bédard; seconded by Miller). The board discussed guidance provided by the village attorney specifically related to abatement of the property at 433 W. Madison Street; the transcript records that no further formal action was taken following that guidance.
The board adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
