Skyline council hears water maintenance report; staff proposes re‑scoping and root treatment

In departmental reports, staff reported recent system flushing and said Thein Well suggested adjusting a motor speed to stop a check valve from slamming. Council Member Steve Romnes said he would slow the motor as recommended.
No formal policy or expenditure was approved at the meeting for additional water repairs; staff were asked to return with any recommended follow-up work and cost estimates.
