Council member Wyatt moved to suspend the rules and place Ordinance 2026-7-1 on third and final reading; Council member Wilson seconded the suspension. The motion to pass the ordinance was then moved by Council member Jacob Zack and seconded by Council member Speed. The clerk recorded affirmative votes from Jacob Zack, Wilson, Speed and Wyatt and the ordinance was passed.
The ordinance’s title read: "An ordinance to pay certain claims therein mentioned during the month of June 2026."
