In related business the council accepted an engineer-certified set of public improvements for the Prairie Ridge West subdivision, roughly 93 residential lots. Staff confirmed McClaren Engineering certified construction to city standards and city inspectors completed follow-up checks before acceptance.
The council approved both items by roll call.
