During its Sept. 23 work session the Shrewsbury Board of Aldermen took several administrative actions:
- The board introduced BILL NO. 4057, an ordinance authorizing execution of a contract with Lexipol LLC relating to personnel policy and procedure manual creation, training and learning management administration. Alderman Beth Parker moved for first reading and Alderman Ben Stark seconded; the minutes record that the first reading passed by unanimous vote. The minutes show only the ordinance title and the first-reading motion; no contract award or financial terms were recorded in the meeting minutes.
- The board appointed Finance Director Dustin Ziebold to serve on the board of the Mackenzie Point Center Community Improvement District. Alderman Beth Parker moved the appointment, Alderman Jacob Riley seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
- The board authorized listing the Fire Department's old pickup truck on the auction website GovDeals.com with a starting bid of $5,200.00. Alderman Jacob Riley moved and Alderman Ben Stark seconded; the motion was approved by all in favor.
