S1 invited members to tap interns for discrete analysis tasks where helpful and suggested dividing responsibilities so the steering committee can make steady progress before KVCOG's broader work begins in September.
For project cadence, the committee set near-term meeting dates to monitor survey responses and begin drafting: a July meeting (July 20) to review early results, and an August meeting (Aug. 17) for compiled data and next steps. Members emphasized monthly meetings through the summer to move the plan forward and to identify chapters and datasets that need supplementation.
The committee assigned actions to circulate dataset links, confirm intern duties, and prepare an agenda to review MPAP material at the next meeting.
