The approval was conditioned on 12 items including compliance with all town regulations, payment of consultant/study costs as required, adherence to the statement of use submitted by the applicant, fire marshal requirements, necessary licensing and permits, a preconstruction meeting with town staff, a bond set by the commission’s engineer prior to work, maintenance of sedimentation and erosion controls, and a five‑year expiration for site plan approval if work is not completed within that period. The hours of operation were expressly limited to 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The motion to approve, including all stated conditions, was seconded and carried by voice vote.
