Andrew Bushnell reported the applicant adjusted the meter line, installed silt fences along the westerly side of the driveway, confirmed the inlet/outlet drain is functioning and will tie the curtain drain into that system, and slightly relocated and will install a new curtain drain to improve drainage. The commission’s approval requires that work be completed in accordance with the plan of record dated Feb. 26, 2026 (revised), that erosion- and sedimentation-control measures follow the town’s current guidelines, and that sedimentation fencing be placed along the roadway where needed.
Member Michael McDonnell moved to approve the application with the stated conditions; Member David Lynn seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously, 4–0–0. Chair Ross Lally and Member Harrison Gray were present for the discussion. The decision formalizes the commission’s expectations for on-site controls and drainage tie-ins before construction proceeds.
The commission noted the permit approval includes the specified erosion controls and relies on inspections as the work proceeds; the Wetlands Agent will continue routine site visits to monitor compliance.
