The ranked priorities recorded in the minutes are: (1) Water — Phase II NW Quadrant by Rooster Ridge, estimated $2.6 million; (2) Wastewater — Phase II from Manhole 6 to Manhole 10, replacing an existing 15‑inch gravity line with an 18‑inch gravity line, estimated $750,000; (3) new generators for three wells and the wastewater treatment plant (40 kW), $30,000–$40,000 each; (4) WWTP bar screen to meet DES requirements; (5) possible truck and fire department equipment (SAFER and AFG grants), with the truck estimated at $250,000–$400,000. The minutes also note use of CDBG funding for demolition of additional dilapidated structures in town.
