Mayor Corrin F. Bowers III called the meeting to order. Mayor Pro Tem Tammy Solomon moved to approve the special called meeting agenda, and Councilwoman Synetria McQuire seconded; the council approved the agenda 5-0. At 6:05 p.m. the council voted 5-0 to enter executive session to consider personnel matters and to interview the candidate for the Town Administrator position.
After the executive session, the council returned to open session at 8:15 p.m. on a motion from Councilman James Williams, seconded by Councilwoman Synetria McQuire; the motion passed 5-0.
