Campbellsport board approves licenses, honors longtime staff and OKs land purchase after closed session

The board also approved a resolution honoring crossing guard Lois Reese for her years of service.
On regulatory matters, the board approved a Combination Class A fermented malt beverage and Class A intoxicating liquor license and a cigarette, tobacco and electronic vaping device retail license for Himmat Singh Dhillon, agent for Station Campbellsport at 259 N. Fond du Lac Ave. It also approved the Mobile Home Park License. All motions on licenses and resolutions were recorded as carried unanimously.
The board authorized the Campbellsport Fire Department to apply for the FY2026 Interoperable Radio Grant, a step aimed at improving emergency communications capacity. The board later moved into a closed session at 6:48 p.m. and reconvened at 8:06 p.m.; after reconvening it approved a land purchase agreement.
