Planning board asks for redline and engineer briefing on proposed stormwater local law (Chapter 3‑42)

Timing: trustees have continued the public hearing (targeted March 24); the planning board's next meeting is March 25 and the zoning board does not meet again until April 9. The planning board agreed to request the redline and H2M presentation, watch the trustees' presentation video to prepare, and invite H2M to the planning board's next meeting to brief members before the board drafts formal comments.
