The Franklin Borough School District Board approved multiple actions related to behavioral services and student evaluations at its Nov. 17 meeting.
Pending completion of required paperwork, the board approved Michael Antonelli as the district’s Behaviorist Consultant for the 2025–2026 school year at $60 per hour, not to exceed $36,000. The appointment is listed as not benefit-eligible and was approved conditionally pending required documentation.
Separately, the board approved a $10,000 contract with Aequor Healthcare Services to identify candidates for the Behaviorist position. The Education Committee presented the contract as part of routine personnel and student-services business.
The board also approved several student-specific service contracts and evaluations: a psychological evaluation scheduled Nov. 19 with Dr. Suckno ($1,000) and a multi-date neuropsychological evaluation through DC Fagan estimated between $3,500 and $4,000. These services were approved for the students identified in the meeting attachments.
The minutes reflect that these items were approved by roll call following committee recommendation. The board noted payments and costs for these services in the meeting documents; approval of the Behaviorist Consultant and the candidate-identification contract are contingent on completion of required paperwork and vendor contracting processes.
