Town Administrator Joshua "Shane" Richardson told the Estill Town Council on June 18 that the police facility design is complete and that construction-related costs are estimated at $1.5 million.
Richardson said engineers are fine-tuning the design and that the town will bring contractor selections and payment requests to future council meetings for approval.
