The Menomonie City Council on June 15 approved issuance of a Class B Combination License (Class B beer and Class B liquor) for Foos Wine, a business at 332 Main Street East.
Pickard moved the license approval, Edwards seconded, and the council carried the motion unanimously. Theresa Herring, identified in the minutes as co-owner of Foos Wine, was present at the meeting to answer questions related to the application.
The approval appears in the council minutes and is effective subject to the city’s licensing process. The minutes record that all votes on the agenda were unanimous among the nine members present; Gentz and Sutherland were absent.
The council also approved a broad slate of other license renewals and temporary event licenses during the same meeting.
