Board President Bianca Cuniglio moved to table the Student Safety Data presentation that had been listed on the agenda as a recognition/presentation item; Shelby Maccar seconded the motion, and the board carried it. The agenda listed Mr. Procopio, Jr. as the presenter for the report but the board did not hear the presentation in public session.
The move to table was recorded in the meeting minutes as a formal motion and vote; no additional discussion or public comment on the report is recorded in the public session transcript. The board returned to other agenda business after the motion carried. If the district reschedules the report, the board will note any presentation date or supplemental materials in a subsequent meeting agenda or in posted materials.
