On June 2 the Green Township Committee approved a package of routine financial resolutions. The Committee passed Resolution 2025‑96 approving the bills list covering May 15–28, 2025; the bills list in the record shows current payments totalling $160,854.16 (with prior payroll disbursements noted separately).
The Committee also passed Resolution 2025‑97 authorizing rescission of an Administrative Petty Cash fund and Resolution 2025‑98 changing the custodian of the petty cash fund to Linda DiLorenzo, who is noted in the minutes as bonded under a blanket surety amount. Motions were recorded in the minutes and votes were unanimous.
Township Clerk Mark Zschack provided the administrative explanation that rescinding the petty cash fund was required as part of housekeeping procedures and that the custodian change reflects updated personnel and bonding status.
