Steve Slota, speaking on behalf of Lackawanna Little League, asked the Green Township Committee to permit advertising signage on the Wesley Field outfield fence as a fundraiser to buy equipment dedicated to the field.
Members asked for clarifications about placement and duration; Slota answered committee questions during the presentation. The Committee reached consensus to allow advertising signage for the May–June season and directed staff to prepare a resolution with parameters for formal consideration at a future meeting in July.
Mayor Virginia Raffay invited the presentation and the Committee recorded the consensus to permit a trial period; no public comments were offered during the agenda item. The Committee will consider a memorializing resolution with specific parameters at an upcoming meeting.
