"Best practices, best use of your software," he said, describing ongoing adjustments to bank reconciliations, account consolidation and reporting that should reduce workload and improve transparency.
France said the firm plans to provide additional timely information by July and remains available to advise on addressing audit findings. Board members thanked staff and auditors for the work and asked that audit documentation be shared with trustees and made accessible to the public.
