Rolfe council tables property tax levy, discusses utility rate options with no decision

Councilmembers Aaron Cox and Tammy Shimon moved to table the Property Tax Levy approval; the motion passed unanimously. The meeting record does not include levy figures or a timeline for when the levy will return to the council for action.
