City Clerk Lexi Wallace reported detailed receipts and bills totaling $181,502.61 across funds including General, Road Use Tax, Employee Benefits, Water, Water Sinking and Sewer. Building permits: The council approved five building-permit motions by show of hands (all 5–0): - Permit #840 (D. Cuthrell) to replace steps with a larger deck landing (motion: Councilor Tim Langner; second: Councilor Brian Pickhinke). - Permits #841 and #842 (T. Grace and M. Ortiz) to replace rock with concrete on driveways (motion: Councilor Brian Pickhinke; second: Councilor Christine Madden). - Permit #843 (E. Rosas) to add a carport overhang and backyard gazebo (motion: Councilor Tim Langner; second: Councilor Cory Tiefenthaler). - Permit #844 (B. Petersen) to add a storage shed on existing cement slab (motion: Councilor Tim Langner; second: Councilor Brian Pickhinke).
Reimbursement: Resident C. Faist reported a sewage backup and asked for $1,436.58 in total reimbursement for damages. The council approved payment of the Roto-Rooter bill for $250.00 to C. Faist on a motion by Councilor Brian Pickhinke, seconded by Councilor Christine Madden; show-of-hands vote 5–0.
