Commissioner Melissa McWright moved to accept Mr. Howingtons request to defer and to waive the 30-day notice requirement; Bill Herbert seconded. The minutes record that all present voted in favor and the motion carried.
The subdivision application will return to the commission for consideration at the October meeting.
