All listed motions were passed by a 3-0 recorded vote (Supervisors Kerry Jobe, Bob Zundel and Todd Paulich voting yes). The meeting adjourned at 8:23 p.m.; the board scheduled a hearing at 6:00 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026 at the Salem Township Municipal Building.
