The meeting was held at the James K Administrative Offices.
When the chair asked for a motion to move into executive session, "Mister Bronson" moved and "mister Scragg" seconded, after which the chair called for voices in favor and confirmed the board would proceed into closed session. The chair said the board "will not be returning into open session today."
No public votes on substantive business were recorded during the meeting; the chair stated there were no business matters on the public agenda and concluded the public portion of the meeting. The board indicated it would meet again the following night.
