Elmwood Park communications team wins eight national PR awards

According to the presentation, the district received three Awards of Excellence (the association’s highest category) for the fall leaflet newsletter, the district website and a video titled "Teaching in District 401." Additional awards of merit recognized short-form reels (attendance messaging and parent-teacher conference promos) and a video for the Polish school titled "We Are 401," while honorable mentions were awarded for photography from a fall play and girls volleyball.
Administrators and presenters thanked Krista Kerber and Dave Peraka by name for their contributions and presented tokens of appreciation to the team. Board members offered public praise for the communications staff’s work.
