The board also heard that the naming committee received 20 unique nominations for the Chavez Learning Station, and the group recommended "Irene Santos Learning Station" with an additional recommendation to recognize Florence Perry in the community room.
No controversial votes were taken on these items; administrators said the AI policy and the updated acceptable‑use policy will be included in annual publications to families next year.
