Glassboro ZBA holds reorganization; adopts resolutions and postpones Back 9 golf application

The Glassboro Zoning Board of Adjustment convened its reorganization meeting on Jan. 15, 2026, swore in returning members and completed officer elections and procedural business.
Board members sworn in for new terms included George Smith, William Turner, Michelle Wyman and Anthony Feilhold, the board announced. Following nominations, the board elected its chairman, vice chairman and second vice chairman by motion and roll call. The board then voted to adopt its reorganization resolutions (recorded on the agenda as R2601–R2606) by roll call vote as part of the reorganization consent items.
As part of procedural business, the board’s secretary read the Open Public Meetings Act notice into the record and confirmed the 2026 meeting schedule had been provided to the South Jersey Times and posted at borough hall. Roll call was taken for the regular meeting following reorganization; the transcript records that one member, Mister Santore, was excused that evening.
The board announced that the Back 9 golf application (ZB25‑07) would not be heard due to a notice error. The matter was continued to Feb. 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.; the board said no further mailed notice would be provided beyond that rescheduling, and interested parties should attend the February meeting.
The meeting closed regular reorganization business and proceeded to agenda items for the evening.
