Duane Urbanski told the committee he had received the Fliptech quote; the committee did not record a formal motion or vote to approve purchase or transfer funds during the meeting. Committee members asked that the proposed allocations be identified in the budget for future board consideration.
What happens next Staff should include the Fliptech quote and the proposed funding breakdown in the packet for the village board or for a future Finance Committee meeting so the board can authorize any required budget transfers or purchase orders.
