Joel Kohn, the project representative, told the Board that review comments for the Hidden Ridge community building and pool have been addressed and that a drainage-response letter was submitted. Kohn also said the HOA is working on purchasing the community water company after the development’s water system went dry last season and required tanker deliveries.
Board members discussed outstanding building violations; Jim Carnell said multiple building-permit applications have been submitted. Consulting attorney Steve Vegliante reviewed PUD law and bylaws provided to the Board and advised that both the existing and proposed community buildings must be open for use by the entire community, not limited to one religion or demographic. The Board voted for a NEG DEC and to approve the modification to the previously approved site plan, subject to the Town Engineer’s final review and approval.
The board closed the meeting at 8:49 p.m.
